Joyce is a senior financial and accounting professional with over three decades of experience with both public and private Canadian companies. At K&P, she manages all aspects of the company’s financials and reporting, payroll, employee benefits program, risk management, vendor relations and office operations, while providing extensive input into the firm’s overall business strategy.
Joyce’s financial and business planning experience includes several years in senior-level positions in the retirement, professional services and corporate banking sectors. She also spent over a decade as lead Controller for a major Canadian pharmacy chain, as well as several years as Controller for a private real estate development and property management company.
Joyce is a CPA, CMA and completed her MBA at Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
