TORONTO, Canada, March 19, 2020 – Kaiser Lachance Communications (KLC) today announced the appointment of Janine Allen to president, effective immediately. In addition to her new responsibilities as president, Allen, a partner at the agency, continues to oversee the day-to-day operations and serve as a senior communicator across client sectors, including technology, consumer goods, real estate, financial and professional services.

Allen has a particular expertise in issue and crisis management, having helped clients manage through challenge and change, protecting and repairing brand reputations from events such as financial crises, product recalls, operational incidents and data breaches. Her experience in helping clients conceptualize influencer and media campaigns, direct to consumer activities, and experiential activations while aligning with corporate business goals has also been an asset for the wide variety of clients served by KLC.

Prior to joining KLC, she served as senior director of marketing at Sears Canada where she strengthened media and industry relationships, managed brand and reputation, oversaw new product announcements, and developed and executed multi-channel marketing campaigns.
