While we all found time for a bit of vacation, there was little of the summer slowdown here at K&P.
We’ve grown a lot this year – as managers, consultants and physically, as a team! And I couldn’t be more proud or excited for the talent we have on board as we head into a busy fall season.
So, please allow me to take a moment to celebrate our summer hires and promotions!
Nathaniel Glassman, Account Coordinator
On the heels of a very successful internship, Nathaniel officially joined K&P as an Account Coordinator in June. Nathaniel brings a natural talent for problem-solving and excellent writing skills, helping his clients with clear communications to their important stakeholders. Nathaniel is currently contributing these skills to clients in corporate services and technology.
Danielle Grant, Account Coordinator
Also originally starting as an intern, we couldn’t bear to see Danielle go, and so she agreed to join us full time this September. Danielle has a keen interest in content creation and media relations, which have led to some early and meaningful wins for her teams! Danielle is a great asset to the team, working on clients in the real estate, financial services and tech sectors.
Ema Asler, Senior Account Coordinator
Ema joined the K&P team in July, bringing more than two years’ experience in PR from a previous agency. She also has three years of research experience, making her an incredible asset to her clients, providing insights gained through data collection and analysis. Ema supports the real estate practice group, generating measurable results for her dynamic campaigns.
Quinton Massimo, Graphic Designer
As K&P’s (Graphic) Artist in Residence, Quinton joins us most recently from RE/MAX Millennium where he developed social and web creative assets and managed the company’s social media. At K&P, Quinton contributes his creative expertise to clients across industry sectors and brings experience in UX/UI, brand development, editorial and digital design. Since joining in July, he has already made a mark on the agency, both on the client side as well as our own marketing and branding elements.
Ray McIlroy, Vice President & Real Estate & Infrastructure Practice Lead
Ray recently returned to K&P after what we have good-naturedly come to call his “walkabout”, where he broadened his experience and deepened his expertise in integrated marketing strategies, social media and influencer marketing and issues management. He brings all these skills back to the agency, coupled with years of experience in the real estate industry, to lead this sector at K&P. He also joins the leadership team in his capacity as Vice President. Stay tuned for more from Ray in the coming weeks.
We are also pleased to welcome Abdul Wahid Sathar and Palweet Kaur Parmar, who joined as Fall interns and are already contributing meaningfully to account work. Sara di Nardo, intern in our Montreal office, also continues with us in a part-time capacity as she completes her program at Concordia.
Finally, I’d like to celebrate a few individuals who earned promotions this summer. They showed strong growth, leadership and dedication to our clients’ success in what was an incredibly difficult year, and we salute their achievement:

For those of you who know these team members, it comes as no surprise to see their efforts rewarded.
I remain extremely grateful for the dedication of our team, partners and clients which has helped us manage through, and even grow, during the pandemic. To all our new clients and teammates, we say (a virtual) cheers, and we look forward to celebrating many more milestones in the year ahead!
