Samantha has carved a niche expertise for herself in real estate and land development communications that meets at the intersectionality of strategic communications and media relations, community engagement, public affairs, and event planning – while working in both the public and private sectors. Spanning more than a decade, Samantha’s experience enables her to support clients in different areas of business, helping to tell their stories in creative and unique ways.
Samantha is passionate about city building and placemaking and understands the importance complete communities play in the overall wellbeing of a city and its residents. Prior to joining Kaiser & Partners, Samantha managed the communications, marketing, and community engagement for CreateTO, the City of Toronto’s real estate agency. While at CreateTO, Samantha spent much of her time working on transit-oriented, mixed-use, mixed-income housing projects, and on sustainable and heritage reuse projects. Earlier in her career, Samantha worked at other real estate-focused PR agencies, where she supported several development and architecture firms.
Samantha is known internally and externally for her creative mindset and often lends her expertise to campaigns outside of her practice to help achieve their full creative potential.
