Following a year of tremendous success, we are pleased to announce that our Quebec team is expanding once again with the addition of Marwan Gharbi, who joins as an Account Manager. With a passion for news and experience in the digital landscape, Marwan also enjoys good food, good natural wines and good people – making him an excellent addition to K&P.

What do you love the most about PR?
Being connected with media, politics and news! For me, it’s important to follow and be involved. We live in a dynamic world where something important is happening every day! It’s stimulating to have a job that pushes us to be on the top of every trend and every news story. It speeds up learning and growth!
What are you looking forward to in your new role at K&P?
To learn and make a difference with talented people and for stimulating clients! Every area related to marketing and communication interests me. PR is a critical component and I’m very excited to be working in the industry. Also, I think that PR is changing and evolving through rapid digital transformation and I’m excited to bring my knowledge in that area to the firm and industry.
What might people be surprised to learn about you?
I’m good at drawing characters and caricatures. It’s something I’ve been doing since I was a kid. All my class notebooks were filled with drawings!
Who inspires you?
Mark Cuban! I’m a Shark Tank and a Dallas Mavericks fan as well! He’s an example of hard work, empathy and business acumen! Eventually, POTUS one day!
Artistically, I really like David Lynch. He is the artist who inspires me the most and stimulates my creativity. If you don’t know David Lynch, I highly recommend watching ‘’Mulholland Drive’’. If you do not understand anything the first time you watch it, that’s okay…you are like everyone else!
What are three things you cannot live without?
Coffee, coffee and coffee!
What does your ideal Saturday look like?
A good restaurant with good natural wine and good people! I discovered natural wine recently and I’m really focused right now on enjoying tasting and learning more about it.
What TV series are you into right now?
SUCCESSION on HBO! The best TV Show right now!
What’s the last book you read?
One of the best books I’ve ever read: Martin Eden by Jack London is a masterpiece! Set in San Francisco, Martin Eden is a beautiful, semi-autobiographical story about a man’s willingness to become educated and his struggle to establish himself as a writer. A hundred years later, little has changed, and many young people can recognize themselves in Martin Eden.
Where would your dream trip take you?
Tibet! I have loved Tibetan culture ever since I watched Seven years in Tibet a few years ago. The movie is based on the true story of Austrian mountaineer Heinrich Harrer’s 1952 memoir, Seven Years in Tibet, about his experience in Tibet between 1939 and 1951 with the Dalai lama.
