
Saimoon joins us with an MBA in Finance from the University of Dhaka and a post-graduate certificate from Humber College’s Digital Business Office Technology program. She’s already a hardworking member of the team and we are excited to get to know her better.
What has been your proudest career moment to date?
Being the first ever female tea tester and auctioneer in Bangladesh at M.M. Ispahani, which is the largest and oldest tea company in Bangladesh.
What are you looking forward to in your new role at K&P?
As this is my first job in Canada, I want to build a network that will allow me to progress and grow in the field.
What are three things you cannot live without?
My daughter, my cell phone and its charger.
What do you love the most about Toronto?
It’s a multicultural community. Since arriving here, I have met lots of people who came from different countries. It makes Toronto more beautiful and authentic with all these different cultures. I have lots of friends and family members living in Toronto, which makes it feel like home.
What does your ideal Saturday look like?
Spending time with my daughter, cooking and watching my favorite shows.
What does your playlist look like?
It is all mixed up with Bengali, Hindi and English songs. I listen to my favorite songs repeatedly.
