The brief:
K&P was tasked to produce media coverage and generate awareness for Right at Home Realty as they grow, establishing President John Lusink as a trusted industry thought leader among Canadian media.
The outcome:
Since being enlisted by Right at Home Realty, K&P has secured ongoing insightful coverage featuring interviews with John Lusink as well as regional experts. K&P’s efforts have ensured the brand is an ongoing voice in key outlets including the Toronto Star, the Globe and Mail, CTV News Toronto, CP24, BNN Bloomberg, 680 News and 640 News.
To further drive unique industry insights that would showcase the depth of knowledge provided by Right at Home Realty, K&P commissioned Maru/Blue to develop surveys on relevant topics impacting the real estate market from the perspective of agents and buyers before, during and following the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada. The key data points collected were leveraged through media relations efforts to drive additional spokesperson interviews and media coverage. Now a fundamental media story each year, K&P continues to evolve the survey with the Right at Home team to ensure it taps into the pulse of the residential real estate industry in Canada.
Since the insight survey’s inception, total media coverage has increased by 32 per cent year-over-year, resulting in a total of 188 unique stories and 48.9 million impressions across print, online, and broadcast news outlets.
As a result of K&P’s ongoing efforts with Right at Home Realty, the brokerage has become a well-established voice and thought leader in Canadian media, and trusted by prospective new agents, homebuyers and sellers looking for a trusted brokerage.
