Marwan Gharbi

With a digital background and passion for communication in all its forms, Marwan enjoys advising clients with a 360-degree approach that considers all of today’s marketing and communication channels. His training in administration and marketing gives him the necessary tools to properly analyze the needs of his clients to choose the appropriate strategy that matches their mission, values ​​and their audiences.

Marwan has experience with marketing agencies, having previously worked for another Canadian agency where he developed and executed successful marketing campaigns. During this experience, he worked with prestigious clients in various sectors such as financial and insurance services, retail trade, health and pharmaceuticals for the McKesson group, recycling, and sport.

Prior to joining Kaiser & Partners, Marwan also developed an in-depth understanding of the Canadian media ecosystem as a member of the CBC Radio-Canada digital team. Within the organization, he advised several companies in Quebec and British Columbia on their digital campaigns. During the pandemic, he helped organizations and local governments convey their messages to the population using efficient and innovative digital channels.

At Kaiser & Partners, Marwan will bring this diverse marketing and digital expertise to public relations. Marwan holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a specialization in Marketing from HEC Montreal and a graduate certificate in e-commerce from the same school.

Mallika Tiwari

Account Manager

Mallika is an accomplished communications professional who believes in an integrated approach to communications. At K&P, Mallika brings her strategic planning to investor relations and communication programs across real estate, HR, cannabis and corporate sectors. 

Over the years, she has worked with technology, corporate and finance clients like Microsoft, American Express, Intel, General Electric and Uber.

Prior to K&P, Mallika worked with a leading technology company where she managed marketing and communications for their San Francisco and Canada markets. Previously, she has also worked on the design and delivery of integrated communication campaigns for a global communications agency. As both an internal corporate communications specialist and external consultant in an agency, her roles have helped her gain a holistic view of communications.

Estefanía Lovera Marín

Senior Account Coordinator, Montreal

With knowledge and experience in public relations and social media, Estefanía is a creative communications specialist responsible for supporting K&P’s team and clients in their communications efforts and goals. She believes that integrated communication solutions are much more effective and cohesive when it comes to shaping a brand’s image and reputation.  

Estefanía loves tackling challenges and learning new things along the way. She has a keen eye for detail and thrives in dynamic settings where she can constantly bring innovative ideas to the table. Her enthusiasm, sense of initiative and proactivity help her deliver results that go beyond expectations.  

In her previous role as social media manager for a digital marketing agency, Estefanía successfully planned, created and delivered content for a variety of brands and their different social media platforms, all while building engaged audiences and keeping track of metrics and KPIs.  

Having worked as a client content specialist for a leading global newswire service, she acted as a liaison between a wide variety of corporate clients as well as Canadian institutions across all levels of government and the local, national and international media.  

Estefanía holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Concordia University, where she also completed a Diploma in Journalism Techniques. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Diana Conconi, CM

Vice-présidente principale et associée, professionnelle agréée

Véritable vétérane de la communication, le portefolio de Diana comprenant des entreprises du Fortune 100 et s’accompagne d’une vaste expérience de gestion des enjeux de marques – aux États-Unis comme au Canada. Chez Kaiser & Associés, elle délivre ses conseils stratégiques sous la forme de solutions clients exhaustives, créatives et à l’aide d’une approche intégrée et collaborative. Ses domaines d’expertise comprennent la communication corporative, les services professionnels, le marketing interentreprises (B2B) et le marketing grand public (B2C). Diana élabore également des campagnes de communication interne et a géré plusieurs programmes de crise.

Ayant occupé pendant de nombreuses années des postes de direction dans des agences multinationales et ayant possédé plusieurs compagnies, Diana a eu l’occasion de monter et diriger des campagnes de communication stratégique pour un large éventail de clients.

Elle a commencé sa carrière dans les relations avec les médias et les affaires publiques à Washington où elle a également occupé le poste de directrice adjointe du marketing au sein du 52e comité présidentiel d’inauguration, pour le président Bill Clinton. Professionnelle en marketing agréée, Diana siège actuellement au conseil d’administration du Centennial College dont elle préside le comité d’apprentissage et d’engagement. Elle est également coprésidente du Conseil de la stratégie de marque de l’Association canadienne du marketing et membre du conseil d’administration et présidente du Comité des communications de la Fondation Ireland Park.

Mohammad Raza

Account Coordinator

Mohammad leverages his extensive writing, editing and research skills to support the K&P team across a variety of accounts in many industries. His unwavering passion for storytelling is critical in helping clients create more meaningful engagements with their audiences.

Prior to joining K&P, Mohammad worked as a communications intern at University Health Network in the Facilities, Management and Projects (FM-PRO) department. Here, Mohammad created a series of essential communications materials that highlighted FM-PRO’s often underrepresented staff such as porters, maintenance and housekeeping personnel, and the amazing work they have done supporting hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also worked at Hill+Knowlton Strategies as assistant consultant, where he provided support on multiple communications programs for a variety of corporate clients.

Mohammad graduated from the public relations and corporate communications post-graduate certificate program with honours at Centennial College, and also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English and political science with a minor in English literature from University of Toronto.
