Janine Allen
On behalf of the management team at Kaiser & Partners, I’m excited to announce four new hires as we prepare for the firm’s growth in the coming year.
You will learn more about them individually in the coming days, but allow me to officially introduce our four new coordinators, who joined us in January:
Lauren Bech-Hansen
Lauren brings experience in financial services, marketing and communications to the K&P team. Through her experience working for investment management firms, she applies her client-focused perspective to her new accounts in financial and professional services.
Emily Ellis
Emily joins the K&P team in a full-time capacity following a successful internship with our agency this fall. She has a keen talent for media relations and helping her clients secure opportunities in important outlets across Canada. She’s a valuable addition to her client teams and we’re thrilled to have her stay on!
Onyinye Mbachu
Onyinye is passionate about brand building and brings dynamic experience in marketing and communications in various sectors including technology, food and beverage, and beauty brands. Onyinye recently moved to Canada from Nigeria, where she supported another PR firm with services such as social media engagement, stakeholder management, messaging and content development for multiple channels.
Mohammad Raza
Mohammad has a passion for storytelling, a skill he has gained from previous roles and which he will continue to practice as he contributes to client work in a variety of client sectors. He brings valuable experience from his recent role at UHN, where he helped raise awareness for the work of underrepresented staff during COVID-19.
We are also pleased to welcome Brittany Dineno, who is taking the reins as our winter intern, joining Kaylee Cochrane as she continues with us in a part-time capacity while ambitiously completing her bachelor’s degree at Waterloo.
I wanted to also take a moment to reflect on 2020 and celebrate a few individuals who earned promotions last year. Their achievements were impressive in any given year, but even more so in such a challenging year. In chronological order:
Catherine Snider, promoted to Account Director
Maggie Hall, promoted to Account Director
Shane Madill, promoted to Senior Coordinator
Kelly Morgan, promoted to Account Manager
And, most recently, Jennifer Farr, to Account Manager!
For those of you who know these team members, it comes as no surprise to see their efforts rewarded.
I’ve said this often over the last year, but I am very aware of how fortunate we are to be in a position where we are able to add team members during this pandemic. I am extremely thankful for the tenacious and talented team at K&P that has remained dedicated to delivering results for clients and for the incredible partnership of our longstanding and new clients, who continue to trust us with their programs.
To all of those above, we say (a virtual) cheers! We’re so proud of our incredible team and we look forward to celebrating more milestones in the year ahead!
