Jackie Marson

Jackie is a marketing and public relations professional with a passion for storytelling and creating meaningful impact through strategic communications. She brings experience working with clients across both the non-profit and private sectors, consistently delivering creative, results-driven solutions that enhance brand visibility and support business growth.

Before joining us, Jackie worked at a boutique agency, where she helped build brands from the ground up. She developed and executed email marketing and social media campaigns that drove engagement and awareness, while also fostering strategic partnerships and securing fundraising and community outreach opportunities. In addition, she has contributed as a writer for various print and digital publications.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology with a minor in English Literature from Queen’s University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Media Marketing Management from George Brown College.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys reading, traveling, playing tennis, and writing the next chapter of her book. Her curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking reflect a lifelong commitment to learning.

Kyra Rolfe

Kyra Rolfe is a communications professional known for her creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for storytelling. Calissa Busby

Calissa is a vibrant and driven communicator with a passion for storytelling, community building, and elevating emerging voices in the industry. Originally from the island of St. Maarten, Calissa brings a fresh perspective and a people-focused mindset to everything she works on.

Prior to joining our team, Calissa gained valuable experience in the healthcare industry, where she supported internal and external communications and event coordination. Her ability to connect, organize, and communicate clearly has made her a strong asset to any team.

In her spare time, Calissa volunteers as the President of the CPRS Toronto Student Steering Committee (2023–2025), where she leads a team of students in planning and executing initiatives designed to support the next generation of PR professionals, including the annual Passport to PR event.

Before joining K&P, she kick-started her PR journey at a multinational agency in India, where she spent nearly two years working with some of the world’s leading tech and ad-tech brands. She helped shape compelling brand narratives and navigate the ever-changing media landscape.

Chloe Thomson 

Account Manager

With a varied background of consumer and corporate communications, Chloe brings a service-minded approach to her client work. She uses creative problem solving, strategic planning, and clear goals to support local and national clients across practice groups. Her current clients include Amazon Devices and Corpay. 

Prior to joining K&P, Chloe worked at a boutique PR agency that allowed for not only learning the fundamentals of PR, but also developing a very tailored approach to media relations that sets client initiatives apart. Chloe has experience working with government and public sector clients, which gives her an excellent grasp of the intricacies of working within a political context and pivoting with changing requirements. 

Growing her career in public relations, Chloe has helped plan and execute events big and small, such as a client partnership with TED Talks. She has also led teams working on international media projects, stakeholder communications webinars, press events, and media trips.

Samantha Martin

Vice President,

Samantha has carved a niche expertise for herself in real estate and land development communications that meets at the intersectionality of strategic communications and media relations, community engagement, public affairs, and event planning - while working in both the public and private sectors.  Spanning more than a decade, Samantha’s experience enables her to support clients in different areas of business, helping to tell their stories in creative and unique ways.   

Samantha is passionate about city building and placemaking and understands the importance complete communities play in the overall wellbeing of a city and its residents. Prior to joining Kaiser & Partners, Samantha managed the communications, marketing, and community engagement for CreateTO, the City of Toronto’s real estate agency. While at CreateTO, Samantha spent much of her time working on transit-oriented, mixed-use, mixed-income housing projects, and on sustainable and heritage reuse projects. Earlier in her career, Samantha worked at other real estate-focused PR agencies, where she supported several development and architecture firms.  

Samantha is known internally and externally for her creative mindset and often lends her expertise to campaigns outside of her practice to help achieve their full creative potential.

Samuel Harsha Rabindran

Samuel is an engaging communicator, bringing his varied and diverse work experience to his role as an Account Coordinator where he is actively engaged in media relations, measurement, research, social media and content development across K&P’s sector groups.   

He brings a global perspective to every client mandate with an endless supply of creativity, spanning projects from fulsome social media strategies to thought leadership tactics to national media relations campaigns. His proactivity and knack for problem-solving makes him an invaluable team member in high-pressure situations.

Yas Khavarian

Graphic Designer

Yas is a multidisciplinary graphic designer with a deep passion for motion graphics and video-making. Her journey began as a Microsoft Paint fanatic, where she would immerse herself in crafting stories and bringing them to life one pixel at a time. With an Honours Bachelor’s degree from the York University/Sheridan College Program in Design, she possesses a diverse skill set in different facets of design, including branding, packaging, illustration, UI and typography.

Yas's dedication and creativity led to the development of her passion project titled, "Duolingo: Word to World" which tackled the often overlooked but crucial act of correctly pronouncing different names. Her project prompted to high recognition and subsequently landed her achievements that included the Applied Arts 2021 Digital Advertising award and the National Silver at the ADCC 2021 Interactive competition.

Her proficiency in video editing allows her to combine motion graphics, animation and storytelling techniques seamlessly, creating videos that both engage and inform. She is comfortable taking over any social media platform, crafting content that effectively engages audiences, conveys brand messages, and foster meaningful connections.

Driven by her love for storytelling, Yas recognizes the transformative power of design in shaping everyday experiences. A seasoned PR professional, Gabs has honed her expertise in media and influencer relations, internal and external communications strategy, and digital/experiential marketing. Her experience and industry knowledge are widespread, having worked with clients across a broad range of industries including food and beverage services, B2B, retail, healthcare, cannabis, sustainability, corporate, farming, mining and more.

Gabs has executed client initiatives directed at a variety of audiences to drive positive brand awareness, foster loyalty through consumer education and launch new and innovative products. Tiffany Mak

Gaëlle Khairallah

Gaëlle is a problem solver who always integrates passion, research and creativity in every project she takes on. Her experience spans across various B2B and B2C industries with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, technology, retail, healthcare, logistics, pharmacare and supply chain/distribution. 

Gaëlle kickstarted her professional growth at a young age, taking on several leadership roles such as President of ConcordAI, where she represented and assisted the artificial intelligence community of students at Concordia University. She then launched her career in public relations with an internship at AI Launch Lab, where she amplified the efforts of the organization through curated educational programs. Before joining K&P, Gaëlle worked at Tecsys Inc., a supply chain software vendor, on international projects targeted towards several markets in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Denmark and Canada.  

Through her exposure to the B2B and B2C market, as well as her experience living abroad in Scotland, the United Arab Emirates and Canada, Gaëlle has developed an invaluable understanding of the needs of different businesses, sectors and strategic communications.

Siobhan Duffy

Prior to joining K&P, Siobhan taught high school and University students in the areas of business and economics in both Ireland and the United Arab Emirates. She also brings an impressive consumer-based background having worked as a supervisor for Primark, one of the largest fashion retailers in Europe for over 8 years. 

Siobhan holds an Honours Bachelor of Education degree in Business, Economics and Food Science from University of Galway and a Master of Science in Nutrition from University College Dublin.

Angel Carolino

Angel is a passionate communicator and digital marketer and helps support her teams with media relations, long- and short-form writing, research, and social media.  Her clients span the industries of finance, consumer and real estate. Prior to K&P, Angel had a long career in the Philippines, working with brands like Procter and Gamble, Unilever, Toyota Motors, Mondelez International and Coca Cola, in a variety of roles in marketing and communications.

An avid life-long learner, Angel graduated from the public relations and corporate communications post-graduate certificate program at Centennial College, where she updated her skills with a Canadian focus. Angel also graduated from York University’s digital and content marketing post-graduate certificate program, and completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Events both from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Veronica Chung

Through her excellent relationship building skills, she secured media coverage with several top tier outlets.  Her passion in politics also led to volunteering and working for multiple political campaigns based in New Brunswick and Ontario. From local candidate nomination to Ontario General Election campaigns, Veronica helped to create a wide range of communication materials including campaign narratives, debate summaries and social media content.  Veronica holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto with a major in Political Science and a double minor in History and French. Yevgeniya Yan

Yevgeniya has a passion for public relations and helps support her teams with the execution of media relations, social media, content creation and reputation management services. For her love of Integrated Marketing Communications, she ventured into advertising and social media for several years before rebounding to public relations. She has successfully helped brands integrate their communication endeavours and has guided them to run online and offline campaigns in India, the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East/North Africa regions.

Michaela Mason

With experience in personal and commercial banking, natural resources, fintech and consumer products, Michaela brings a fresh perspective and creative thinking to support clients in K&P’s Technology practice. Before agency life, she worked client side at the Royal Bank of Canada with RBC Ventures and Personal & Commercial Banking.  

A trend aficionado, Michaela consistently provides the insight, solutions, leadership and creative ideas that make her clients true leaders in their respective fields. Michaela has helped manage many high-profile crises and integrated herself seamlessly into her clients’ teams to navigate internal and external issues. Earlier in her career, Michaela has also managed significant financial announcements including CIBC’s release of Canadian Depositary Receipts on the NEO Exchange and the Ontario Securities Commission’s selection of Mako Fintech to reimagine the KYC Refresh experience as part of the OSC TestLab. Additionally, she enjoys developing visuals and engaging copy to maximize campaign results at every touchpoint.

Madison Hawkins

Madison leads strategic and results-driven communications campaigns on client accounts as head of the technology practice group at Kaiser & Partners. Madison’s clients benefit from her expertise in strategic planning, media relations, influencer relations, thought leadership and her solutions-oriented mindset. Her understanding of the ever-changing media landscape and experience with B2B and B2C tech communications allow her to act as a trusted advisor to her clients.  

Throughout her communications career, Madison has worked across a variety of sectors including technology, consumer packaged goods, tourism, beauty, retail, food and beverage and automotive.

Jamie-Lynn Giove

Jamie brings critical thinking, strong communication, and problem solving to Kaiser & Partners across a wide range of clients to provide the best results. Her strong work ethic and being able to create a story through multiple outlets with great attention to detail are keys to her success.  

Prior to K&P, Jamie worked a multifaceted career with brands like Mejuri and Pehr to build relationships with customers and partners through social media and developing programming that met key objectives. Jamie also has a background in executing luxury style events for clients with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset. 

Jamie graduated from the Media Studies program at University of Guelph Humber majoring in Public Relations. During her final year, she worked at Bell Media as a publicity intern and gained experience managing press junkets, media monitoring and pitching within the entertainment space.

Carrie Pala

Account Director

A flexible, dynamic teammate and thinker, Carrie has experience in government, non-for-profit, consumer and corporate communications. She will contribute her creativity, a deep knowledge of the Canadian tech and health industry and a history of delivering results aligned with strategy to the K&P team.

Born for the agency life, Carrie has worked with a variety of tech, finance, health and consumer focused clients at two Canadian PR firms and during her time as a freelance consultant. Some of those clients included Samsung Electronics Canada, LG, Medicago, American Express Canada, and Barbie, among others.

At her most recent agency, Carrie helped plan and execute three separate Unpacked events, CES 2022 and numerous product launches for her tech clients. While at another agency, she worked on several health portfolios, including supporting Medicago launch its plant-based COVID-19 vaccine in Canada during the global pandemic. Prior to agency life, Carrie worked in various communications-centered roles for Health Canada and Transport Canada. She brings that diverse experience and background in the Canadian tech industry to help the K&P team find thoughtful solutions for clients.

Carrie graduated from the University of Ottawa with a degree in Communications and Public Relations before studying Public Relations at Algonquin College.

Manal Belcadi

Manal is passionate about always finding new ways to combine qualitative and quantitative research, peppered with her creative insights to communicate in more efficient ways. Using her analytical and writing skills, she supports Kaiser & Partners clients across the tech, financial and lifestyle sectors.  

Before joining K&P, Manal garnered experience in the media industry, interning at the national Moroccan press agency and several other news outlets. This experience allowed her to write and report on the news in multiple languages, such as French, English and Arabic. She also learned to work through tight deadlines. Manal has also worked for lifestyle clients, helping them build stronger brand identities through thorough market analysis to create visuals and promotional materials.  

Manal recently completed her Master’s degree (MSc.) in Organizational Communication at the University of Montreal. Her thesis focused on health communication and the way social media content created by health professionals is becoming a new form of health promotion. Her research also inspired her to develop a strong interest for social media campaigns, a skill that more and more clients are looking for in their public relations services.  

Previously, Manal graduated from Al Akhawayn University in Morocco, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a concentration in media production and public relations, and a minor in English literature. She is fluent in French, Arabic, and English.

Amanda Spearing

Amanda is a passionate and enthusiastic communicator with a desire for building impactful relationships. Amanda utilizes her strong writing and interpersonal skills to support the K&P team and a variety of clients in the financial and tech sectors.  

Prior to joining K&P, Amanda worked in project management in industries such as electrical and out-of-home marketing. Amanda also has a background in developing and managing social media channels for various clients. Through these experiences, Amanda brings strong time-management skills, dedication to achieving project deadlines and internal communications expertise to K&P. 

Amanda graduated from Centennial College’s corporate communications and public relations postgraduate program. During her time at Centennial College, she gained knowledge on specialized topics including strategic research and planning, social media content creation, writing and corporate communications.

Catherine Buteau

Catherine provides expertise on content creation and management, as well as developing integrated communication strategies for clients across sectors, including asset management, payroll & HR, technology and mental health.

Catherine’s passion for communication has driven her to seek as much experience as she can in the field since the start of her career. She first interned as a communication’s agent at Radio-Canada Acadie, in New-Brunswick, where she lived as she attended university. Following that, she briefly worked as a journalist in Haïti, her home country for one of the longest running radio stations and then, the national daily newspaper. She believes that all these experiences helped her develop wider views of the world and perspectives that nourish her work today.  

Before joining Kaiser & Partners, Catherine worked as a marketing consultant for Manulife, where she helped develop strategies for B2C and B2B audiences to promote the group benefits portion of the business.  

Catherine holds a master’s degree in International and Intercultural Communications from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). For her thesis, she studied Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), analyzing their communication strategies, especially as they present (and represent) developing countries and their citizens to a western audience. She interviewed several communication and marketing experts working in NGOs or in the humanitarian sector to understand their process and gather their thoughts on their work and the field in general. She received high mentions for her thesis. Catherine is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and English.

Emma McNally

Emma combines her passion for media relations and social media with the skills acquired during her internship at K&P. Emma supports the team on clients in real estate, personal finance, lifestyle and insurance industries.

Emma is a recent graduate of Humber College where she took a three-year public relations advance diploma program and recently completed a four-month internship with K&P before accepting a full-time role as Account Coordinator. During her internship and time at Humber College, Emma gained knowledge in several areas such as writing, reporting and research along with social media and media relations skills.  

Emma had the opportunity in her internship to work on several accounts giving her a diverse knowledge into different sectors and clients and she loves being able to work on a variety of topics and tasks each day while still learning something new.

Duane Turner

Senior Manager, Design and Production

Duane provides instrumental expertise to content management, marketing and media relations as well as leading Kaiser & Partners’ visual communications team. He currently plays an integral role within the Marketing Communications department.  

Prior to joining K&P, Duane worked as a content writer with We Are Social where he led the conception, execution and management of multiple consumer brands. In under a year, thanks to his work, those brands exceeded all projected growth and engagement KPIs across various social media platforms.

Duane has also worked as a Community Manager with Labatt Breweries’ in-house creative agency where he oversaw the development of Budweiser Canada’s social media channels. It was there that he spearheaded the creation of the Canadian Porter-Brown society, an employee resource group for black teammates and people of colour within the organization – his biggest career achievement to date.

Duane graduated from Centennial College’s post-graduate sports journalism program which provided him the opportunity to intern with The Sports Network (TSN). He turned that internship into a story editor role and continued to climb the ranks at TSN, becoming a digital content editor and producer within four years.

Marwan Gharbi

With a digital background and passion for communication in all its forms, Marwan enjoys advising clients with a 360-degree approach that considers all of today's marketing and communication channels. His training in administration and marketing gives him the necessary tools to properly analyze the needs of his clients to choose the appropriate strategy that matches their mission, values ​​and their audiences.

Marwan has experience with marketing agencies, having previously worked for another Canadian agency where he developed and executed successful marketing campaigns. During this experience, he worked with prestigious clients in various sectors such as financial and insurance services, retail trade, health and pharmaceuticals for the McKesson group, recycling, and sport.

Prior to joining Kaiser & Partners, Marwan also developed an in-depth understanding of the Canadian media ecosystem as a member of the CBC Radio-Canada digital team. Within the organization, he advised several companies in Quebec and British Columbia on their digital campaigns. During the pandemic, he helped organizations and local governments convey their messages to the population using efficient and innovative digital channels.

Danielle Grant

Danielle is a passionate and strategic communicator. Danielle utilizes her writing and research skills to support the K&P team across a variety of clients in the real estate, financial services and tech sectors. Danielle’s client work includes CDW Canada, LifeWorks, Morguard and FCT.

Prior to joining K&P, Danielle graduated from Humber College’s Public Relations postgraduate program. During her time at Humber College, she gained knowledge on specialized topics within the field including, strategic research and planning, media relations and corporate communications. She also had the chance to work with a wide range of clients, providing her with a diverse skillset that allows her to create communication solutions.

Throughout his career at Kaiser & Partners and within leading integrated marketing agencies, Ray has provided creative and strategic direction for an incredibly diverse range of clients from national CPG brands, real estate brokerages, agricultural boards and financial institutions to international airlines, eSports organizations, wine and spirits distributors, and telecoms companies. With a passion for research, Ray immerses himself into each clients’ business and industry quickly to be able to provide insightful and relevant strategies. 

When necessary, Ray has also coordinated media logistics and staffing for events with high visibility dignitaries including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Former U.S. Ambassador to Canada Bruce Heyman and various other ministers.

Quinton Massimo

Senior Graphic Designer

Quinton brings broad creative expertise to his role as Senior Graphic Designer at K&P. Since his time with us, Quinton has expanded the agency’s offerings from the ground up through creative marketing collateral including (but not limited to) client social campaigns and profile management, infographics, print and digital materials, rebrands and sizzle reels. He is also exploring 3-D rendering to broaden and enhance his advertising offerings.

A graduate of the Graphic Design program at George Brown College, Quinton specializes in art direction and excels at developing web sites, landing pages, dashboards and online application prototyping for brand identities. His clients rely on his ability to design tangible creative, advertising, and UX/UI solutions for a variety of sectors.

Nathaniel Glassman

Senior Account Manager

Nathaniel leverages his natural problem-solving, strategic thinking and strong writing skills to support a variety of accounts across Kaiser & Partners’ various practice groups, including clients such as Canadian Payroll Association, SecureKey, Numinus and ORSIC.

Prior to joining K&P, Nathaniel worked on a powerful student campaign with the City of Toronto. The campaign, COVID Conversations, was focused on flipping the narrative about party-going Millennials and Gen Z in the GTA, while developing curated COVID-19 safety messaging rooted in empathy. The five-day campaign featured podcasts in which young people from the GTA shared unique and difficult experiences of struggling with mental health, finances and safety-snubbing roommates throughout the pandemic. Nathaniel successfully secured a segment on CBC’s Metro Morning and represented the campaign as a spokesperson, and the campaign received a silver 2021 CPRS Toronto Student Public Relations Campaign or Event of the Year Award in the Executed category.

Before entering the world of professional communications, Nathaniel taught English in Tokyo, Japan. There he learned to speak, read and write basic Japanese. His experience in Tokyo also taught him to be adaptable in unfamiliar situations – a critical skill in today’s ever-changing landscape.

Prior to joining K&P, Emily was a student Humber College’s Public Relations postgraduate program, where she gained insightful knowledge and skills she now applies throughout her tasks at our agency.

Emily holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in English and Cultural Studies from McMaster University. During her time at McMaster, Emily took on experience as a Social Media Intern at a non-profit arts organization known as the Hamilton Arts Council. Estefanía Lovera Marín

With knowledge and experience in public relations and social media, Estefanía is a creative communications specialist responsible for supporting K&P’s team and clients in their communications efforts and goals. She believes that integrated communication solutions are much more effective and cohesive when it comes to shaping a brand’s image and reputation.  

Estefanía loves tackling challenges and learning new things along the way. She has a keen eye for detail and thrives in dynamic settings where she can constantly bring innovative ideas to the table. Her enthusiasm, sense of initiative and proactivity help her deliver results that go beyond expectations.  

In her previous role as social media manager for a digital marketing agency, Estefanía successfully planned, created and delivered content for a variety of brands and their different social media platforms, all while building engaged audiences and keeping track of metrics and KPIs.  

Having worked as a client content specialist for a leading global newswire service, she acted as a liaison between a wide variety of corporate clients as well as Canadian institutions across all levels of government and the local, national and international media.

Lauren Bech-Hansen

With a background in financial services, marketing, and communications, Lauren approaches her work from a client-focused perspective. Her passion for communications enables her to tackle challenges with confidence and make valuable contributions to the efforts of those she works with.  

Prior to joining K&P, Lauren worked at several investment management firms where she facilitated major public affairs initiatives, monitored high-level news pertinent to the public perception of the company, and prepared weekly briefs, reports and presentation decks for the senior management team. She also handled complex account issues for a large base of investors across Canada, fostered positive relationships with key clients, and refined various internal materials in support of a more consistent communication strategy. More recently, she led a campaign to build out a professional online presence for a small, family-run general contracting firm.  

Her experience includes coordinating marketing/communications projects, producing strategic communications materials and establishing positive rapport with a diverse range of clients.  

Lauren studied a double major in Political Science and International Development, with a minor in Law, at Dalhousie University, and is currently studying for her Canadian Securities Course.

Shane Madill

Account Director

Shane leads and supports a diverse range of clients in thoughtful communication programs at Kaiser & Partners for business-to-business and business-to-consumer mandates.   

He has planned and executed full-service PR strategies for broad and niche audiences to increase brand awareness, reputation and thought leadership while targeting the appropriate audiences for clients’ objectives.  

Campaigns he has contributed to have been recognized by the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) and International Association of Business Communicators (IABC)’s prestigious awards programs in the areas of investor relations, marketing communications, new product launches, media relations and writing, including multiple finalists for Best in Show at CPRS’ Toronto ceremonies.   

He has also been an important part of supporting crisis communication situations, including crisis simulation trainings, holding statements and emails to major stakeholders.  

Prior to joining Kaiser & Partners, Shane worked as the editor-in-chief of The Silhouette where he helped the publication receive a win at the Hamilton Independent Media Awards for Best Media Outlet in 2018 and was nominated for Best Journalist – Next Generation in 2017. He helped spearhead the paper’s reintroduction into the Canadian University Press and introduction into the National News Media Council while upholding the ethics, ideals and journalistic integrity promoted by both. He also worked at The Silhouette as an online editor, opinion editor and reporter.   

Shane holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University, and completed the public relations and corporate communications post-graduate certificate program with honours at Centennial College where he won IABC Toronto’s Student of the Year award and received a Silver award for CPRS Toronto’s Student Communications Plan of the Year.

Hayley Suchanek

With experience in investor relations, stakeholder engagement and corporate communications and a background in the mining sector, Hayley brings analytical and creative thinking to the K&P team.

Prior to joining K&P, Hayley completed two internships and a full-time position with Teranga Gold Corporation before it was acquired in February of 2021. There, Hayley supported the implementation and execution of its investor relations and corporate communications strategies; coordinated internal and external events, supported employee engagement initiatives and developed visual marketing content and presentations for its owned media channels. Additionally, she was a part of the team that received an Investor Relations Magazine Awards nomination for the “Best use of Technology and Social Media for IR.”

At K&P, Hayley utilizes her knowledge of the financial market and digital landscape to support a variety of clients in the financial and corporate sectors. Her passion for delivering impactful and purposeful messaging empowers her to find thoughtful solutions for the K&P team.

Janessa is a seasoned communications professional with experience developing and executing communications programs for a variety of industries, including healthcare, non-profit, technology, government, and professional services. She has executed and managed strategic programs for national, regional and local clients, which improved their position in the market and differentiated them from competitors. At Kaiser & Partners (K&P), Janessa serves as senior lead on a number of accounts across multiple industries, and leads the firm's Digital Communications practice.

Janessa previously led media relations at two large, non-profit organizations (Sinai Health Foundation and SickKids Foundation) and worked with donors and stakeholders across Canada to raise awareness of the need to fund health care for children and adults. Janessa developed and implemented strategic communications plans for awareness campaigns and major gift announcements and worked on issues management and crisis communications in the non-profit sector.

Her experience also includes creating extensive internal communications plans and developing digital and social content strategies.

She has successfully conducted consumer public relations, public affairs and corporate communications for clients in finance, real estate, technology, lifestyle and entertainment industries.

Ema holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Art History from McMaster University. She was chosen by McMaster University to conduct international research in Paris, France on museum communications at French national museums including the Musée d’Orsay, Musée Rodin, Musée Delacroix and the Museum of Romantic Life.

Ema’s research background allows her to develop highly specific and targeted reports, campaigns and analyses for her clients. Her current client work includes Argo Development Corporation, CDW, Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, Lakeview Community Partners, Right at Home Realty and Travelers Canada.

Chloé Lebouc

Chloé helps clients navigate the Quebec media and influencer market. She also shares responsibility for the day-to-day operations and administration of the Montreal office.

Chloé's endless curiosity has led her to work on three different continents. It was in New Zealand, working for the NGO Oxfam, that she began to build her communications and marketing skills . She broadened them working for a world-renowned corporate communications agency in Lyon, France and has been growing since then in the Quebec and Canadian public relations markets. Inspired by these different experiences, Chloé knows how to develop captivating content and put herself in the shoes of each of her clients. 

Chloé developed her breadth of experience managing the reputation of major international brands, leading the coordination of large events, carrying out public affairs campaigns and providing communications counsel to business leaders, government representatives, and advocacy leaders.

Her experience in issues management allows her to develop both sharp media and influencer strategies, for B2C as well as B2B audiences. Chloé’s experience also includes co-developing a public affairs department and a PR office for two different agencies, along with successfully securing many business opportunities in different Canadian markets.

Chloé holds a Master's degree in Communications and Sociology from Science Po Lyon (Political Science Institute), received with honors, and has carried out several field research projects, including receiving a mention for her final thesis. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Maxine Bullock

Maxine has extensive experience leading integrated communications programs, providing media strategy, issues management and crisis communication services to clients across human capital, insurance, real estate, technology, and pharmaceutical sectors.  

Prior to joining K&P, Maxine completed Humber College’s Public Relations postgraduate certificate program, and graduated from Queen’s University, with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Political Studies.

David Kaiser

As one of Canada’s leading financial and corporate communication advisors, David combines financial acumen and communications expertise to deliver on transactional communications, strategic business positioning, issues and crisis management, as well as internal and investor communications. He works with companies and organizations across sectors and with regional, national and international operations. David has deep experience in managing complex, high-profile and often sensitive client transactions, bankruptcy filings, and restructurings.

Prior to co-founding K&P, David was a Senior Vice President, Partner, and Global Co-Chair for the Financial Services Practice Group at a multinational communications agency. During his six years with the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange he was responsible for developing the exchanges’ mining and oil & gas listings business.

David completed his MBA at Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He also completed the Canadian Securities Course (honours), the London Metal Exchange Hedging with Futures Course and acquired his Chartered Marketer designation. He is on the boards of West Park Foundation and Centennial College’s Public Relations Program Advisory Committee. He previously served on the boards of the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute and the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries, as well as serving as Chair of the TheatreFront board of directors.

Janine Allen

Janine Allen is a seasoned senior communications advisor for clients across all the agency’s industry sectors. As president, she also oversees and has responsibility for the overall operations and strategic direction for the agency.

Janine specializes in developing strategic communications platforms that enhance visibility and transform relationships with key media, stakeholders and influencers, aligning with and advancing corporate business goals. Before joining Kaiser & Partners, Janine served as senior director of marketing at a national retailer where she managed brand marketing and communications activities for the organization. Earlier in her career, she held the position of vice president at a global communications agency where her clients benefited from her extensive experience in change and issues management, stakeholder, media, employee and investor communications, marketing communications and social media.

Janine holds a post graduate degree in public relations from Humber College and an honours Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Queen’s University. She also holds her Chartered Marketer designation from the Canadian Marketing Association. In 2017, the Canadian Public Relations Society honoured her with the award for PR Practitioner of the Year.
